The innovative hexagonal cell structure of Flexi-Hex® sleeves not only provides incredible strength to protect fragile products in transit but also creates a sleeve that is extremely flexible.
Flexi-Hex® Air is a lightweight 45 GSM tissue paper, and is designed for protecting lighter, smaller, fragile items like cosmetic bottles, electronic devices, and glassware. Flexi-Hex® Strength is coming soon, is a more robust 120 GSM kraft paper, and is designed for protecting heavier, larger, fragile items like glass bottles.
Both Flexi-Hex® options are compact to store and lightweight for economical shipping. In their natural state the sleeves are compact, however, when fitted around an object, the sleeves expand open and take on the form of the product within.

What products should Flexi-Hex Air be used for?
The product ships flat, making it so much more efficient to ship than standard bubble wrap®. It then expands to fit around your goods. Note that the top and bottom of Flexi-Hex® Air is open, so you may need packaging paper to provide top and bottom level cushioning, depending on how you arrange and package your goods.
What products should Flexi-Hex Strength be used for?
The product ships flat, making it so much more efficient to ship than standard bubble wrap®. It then expands to fit around your goods.
Note that Flexi-Hex Strength is made from a 120 GSM kraft paper. To prevent potential scuffing, wrap your product in tissue paper before inserting the product into Flexi-Hex Strength.
