WHAT IS LEAD TIME?
● Lead time is the estimated time to process your order for shipment and does not include transit time.
ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE PRODUCTS
● Orders with blank custom shipping boxes and stock products are shipped once the boxes are completed.
● Orders with branded and stock products are split. Stock ships first and branded ships according to its lead time.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
● Lead times are estimated timeframes required to process an order. 95% of orders are shipped within their lead times.
● Lead times do not include transit time. Transit time is based on the transit method selected at checkout.
● Lead times begin once payment is received.
● Lead times begin after artwork and, if applicable, custom ink swatch approval for branded orders.
● International shipments require brokerage and customs clearance. Duties, fees or taxes must be paid before delivery.
● Enterprise orders have unique lead times. Confirm your lead time with your account representative.
WINTER CLOSURE NOTICE
EcoEnclose will be closed December 25, 2024 through January 1, 2025.
STOCK PRODUCTS:
Stock products ordered by 12/22/24 will ship by 12/24/24
Stock products ordered by 12/23/24 to 1/1/25 will ship by 1/6/25
SHIPPING BOXES WITH NO CUSTOM BRANDING:
Orders for LM, TL, and OPF box styles placed by 12/23/24 will ship on or before 1/8/25
Orders for RSC and FPF box styles placed by 12/23/24 will ship on or before 1/13/25
CUSTOM BRANDED PRODUCTS:
Shipping boxes, mailers, glassine bags, kraft bags, kraft bag & seals, and paper bags
● Orders placed after 11/25/24will have a 4-5 week lead time
Notecards, business cards, hang tags, EcoBand paper product wrap
● Orders placed after 12/16/24 will have a 2-3 week lead time
Zero waste liner stickers - unocated paper on sheets, stock sizes
● Orders placed after 12/16/24 will have a 2-3 week lead time
All other zero waste liner stickers in stock sizes
● Orders placed after 12/17/24 will have a 3-4 week lead time
Kraft flatback and cello tape
● Orders placed after 11/25/24 will have a 5-6 week lead time
