If your product requires a lot of protection, the heavier-duty Paper Padded Mailer is the best cushioned paper mailer on the market. However, if you only need light cushioning or structure to your mailer, the Paper Bubble Mailer may be a better fit. It is also around 15% lower cost than the Paper Padded Mailer.

The Paper Bubble Mailers contain an inner padding that is constructed of formed bubble kraft paper. This provides lightweight cushioning to the product(s) inside. Unlike most kraft padded mailers on the market (which have traditional plastic bubble cushioning inside), the Paper Bubble Mailer is plastic-free and curbside recyclable.
