After you’ve placed your order, a member of our design team will help finalize your artwork. You’ll receive a digital proof within 3 business days.
Once the proof matches your vision and aligns with our printing capabilities, we’ll request your written approval to begin production. Your lead time will only start as soon as we receive your go signal.

The best option for high-volume shipping. More efficient than pressure-sealing tape as it uses less material per seal.
- Tamper resistant and reinforced with fiberglass for added strength.
- Renewable paper backing with a water-activated, high-performing corn starch adhesive.
- Recyclable with mixed paper; fiberglass is screened out.
- Suitable for packages up to 25lb, 40lb, 60lb, and 65lbs.
- Available in 3" x 450' and 2.83" x 450'.
Excellent for presentation style boxes. More efficient than pressure-sealing tape as it uses less material per seal.
- Tamper resistant.
- Renewable paper backing with a water-activated, high-performing corn starch adhesive.
- Recyclable with mixed paper; is compostable and more easily accepted by recycling centers.
- Suitable for packages up to 10lbs.
- Available in 3" x 600'.
An eco-friendly option for lower volume applications.
- Cross-linked (natural & synthetic rubber) adhesive & backing.
- Pressure-sensitive sealing and tears easily by hand.
- The tape itself is not recyclable, but it does not inhibit the shipping box from being recycled.
- Suitable for packages up to 10lbs.
- Available in 2" x 180' and 3" x 180'.
A plastic tape that is entirely plant-derived, renewable, and industrially compostable.
- Natural rubber adhesive and plant-derived cellulose backing.
- Pressure-sensitive sealing and tears easily by hand.
- The tape itself is not recyclable, but it does not inhibit the shipping box from being recycled.
- Suitable for packages up to 5lbs.
- Available in 2" x 216' and 3" x 216'.

Do I need water-activated or pressure-sensitive tape?

How long will it take to receive my custom-printed packing tape?
You will receive a digital proof of your tape within 1-2 days after your order is placed. Once your proof is approved, your lead time and custom tape printing will start. Check out our current lead times here.
Is your custom tape recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable?
When our non-reinforced water-activated tape is placed on a corrugated box, and that box is recycled with the tape, both the tape and the box are easily recycled in the same stream. The same goes for our reinforced water-activated tape, though the fiberglass is screened out during recycling.
Our Kraft flatback tape uses a high-tack adhesive made from partially natural, partially synthetic rubber. While this adhesive is not biodegradable, the tape is typically screened out during standard box recycling.
Do you offer custom tape samples?
We do not offer custom tape samples, but we do provide a detailed digital proof. This shows the exact layout, including the text placement, image proportions, and artwork on your tape. You'll receive your final preproduction proof within 1–2 days of placing your order.
We offer complimentary samples of water-activated tape so you can get a feel for the material. Single rolls of our cello and Kraft flatback tape can be purchased here.
Does your custom-printed packing tape contain recycled content?
Our blank non-reinforced water-activated tape contains 50% recycled content. Currently, custom-printed versions made from 50% recycled content are only available for orders of 63+ cases. If you're interested in this option, please contact us.
Do you sell tape dispensers?
Yes! We recommend using a dispenser for our water-activated tape. This particular tape is easier to use when paired with an automated WAT dispenser allowing you to move orders through fulfillment more quickly and easily.

We recommend tearing our Kraft flatback and cello tape by hand.
